Change of CEO at Mekalasi Oy

John Ekholm, the long-serving CEO of Mekalasi Oy, has decided to pursue new
opportunities outside the Saxo Group. We would like to thank Mr. Ekholm for his
excellent work at Mekalasi over the past 11 years. During these years, he and his team
have tripled Mekalasi’s revenue from its 2013 level.
